The Product Manager will be incredibly organized, enthusiastic, confident and a great communicator.  You enjoy solving how the logical flow from sales to operations is enabled by latest technologies, while preserving the data source of truth. You are able to figure out what can be the fast solution to solve immediate problems and how to move towards more robust and optimized sales to operations funnel.


  • Gain a deep understanding of CannMart sales and operations processes and dynamic

  • Create, manage and lead underlying processes enabled by technology. Teach CannMart team how technology can help optimize their sales and operational processes.

  • Provide strategic oversight to help enable operational excellence by working cross-functionally with Dev leads, other Product Managers, UX, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Leadership to align vision and drive execution.

  • Lead the collection and analysis of customers, stakeholders, and other teams feedback to shape requirements, features, new product enhancements and product plans.

  • Create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the operational product.

  • Provide vision and direction to the project team and stakeholders throughout the project.

  • Create requirements and set deliverable timing.

  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development/integration for the product.

  • Follow the progress of work and address production issues during development.


  • 3+ years of product management, product ownership or business analysis experience.

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Statistics.

  • Past experience with implementing/integrating ERP and WMS 

  • A bias for action - we move fast and need people who can think big.

  • A natural collaboration instinct with a confirmed ability to work across teams to get things done.

  • An organized approach and the ability to prioritize and trade-off conflicting commercial and technical constraints.

  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • MBA, MS, or PhD

  • A technical background and experience working in an Agile delivery model.

  • Prior experience driving strategy for innovating products or services.

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills and comfortable working with technical and commercial staff both internally and with customers.

  • Advanced SQL and data analysis skills, with a proven track record in delivering actionable insight on new business ideas

  • Experience in e-commerce, Cannabis or medical field product management
