Inventory Coordinator


Namaste Technologies began as an international cannabis eCommerce company operating 32 sites in 20 countries. We have years of data collected on legal cannabis users, and by combining machine learning technology with telemedicine apps, we’re monetizing this information. We have recently acquired our sales license for our Licensed Producer CannMart which now allows us to operate our marketplace for all brands’ legal cannabis products.


The INVENTORY COORDINATOR works closely with teams across channels and functions to coordinate and execute improvements to the overall operations arm of the business. S/he will report on key metrics and opportunities to a cross-functional group on a regular basis. A successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.

This position will be working the afternoon shift, from 3pm to 11:30pm.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an emerging industry and drive new processes and systems. As a member of the Namaste Operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy between Namaste’s ERP and warehouse systems as well as managing daily warehouse activities.


  • Ensure the accuracy of inventory levels between all of Namaste’s systems for both raw materials, and finished goods.

  • Coordinating scheduled inventory counts and providing ownership over CannMart’s vault and storage

  • Work with teams to track inbound shipments to ensure they are complete, correct and on time.

  • Liaise with finance to ensure the proper categorization of inbound goods and materials

  • Assist in the completion of monthly Cycle Count program

  • Provides administrative support for operational functions including product and service procedures, SOP’s, policies, and other items, all in alignment with quality assurance and GMP requirements.

  • Monitor lot controlled consumable items within the warehouse, maintaining inventory counts, and ensuring enough inventory to fulfill orders.

  • Tracks inventory movement within the warehouse for both controlled and uncontrolled products.

  • Oversees the destruction process by assessing documentation from the production team and destruction specialists to ensure accuracy.

  • Maintain continuous oversight into slow-moving or near expiration inventory to ensure optimalrotation inventory levels

  • Identify risks in inventory control


  • 3+ years working as a supply planner or Inventory Analyst

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems - experience with MRPEasy preferred

  • Experience in Cannabis industry considered an asset

  • Physically able to lift and move bins weighing 15-35lbs on a regular basis.

  • Experience with Ample Organics a plus

  • Previous experience with a Consumer Goods company; with preference to working at a Natural Health Food or Beverage, Nutraceutical, Dietary Supplement or Cannabis company

  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data to back up assumptions and create business cases, and to identify and solve problems

  • Experience working with Ample Organics and Shopify considered an asset
